Beautiful views and area. Quick trip to downtown West Jefferson. Cabin is quaint and comfortable, comfortable beds and couches. Hot tub with the views was incredible. Game room in the basement was so much fun. Pet friendly with water bowls left out for pups. The road to get there is tricky, narrow with some hairpin turns. Fine with an SUV but smaller vehicles may have some trouble. Host is very responsive and emailed clear instructions the day before. Check out was simple. Would recommend for folks interested in staying.

This is a good mountain cabin for a large group. We had plenty of room. The hot tub on the deck is pretty amazing with a panoramic view of the mountains. Having coffee on the deck was a highlight. The road up to the cabin is pretty rough. There are steep switchbacks with loose gravel. Our 4 vehicles made it all ok except the one that needed new tires which had some slippage until we turned on the 4 wheel. Considering the area had just been through the hurricane, that might have contributed. Giedre was very responsive as we didn't know if the cabin would have power and if we would be able to stay.

Gorgeous views from the porch and upper sitting area outside. Spacious interior and great proximity to West Jefferson, Boone, Blowing Rock and a ton of hikes etc close to cabin. Absolutely beautiful weather this time of year. Host was responsive and helpful! Will definitely be back with friends.

I had a fantastic stay at the cabin in the mountains! The view was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect panorama of the surrounding nature. The cabin itself was cozy, well-equipped, and provided a peaceful retreat away from the real world. Just what I needed. The host was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting!

This was our second stay at the cabin and it was amazing! The sunrise is perfect. We love how secluded it is but it is still super close to the grocery store and restaurants. We hope to come back again next year!
